MapThis is an awesome GPS sat nav homebrew application, and although it’s a little fiddly to get working – it’s totally worth it. MapThis uses imagery from Google Maps so nearly every developed area on Earth is covered, it also gives you your current speed, direction, altitude, latitude and longitude. It’s worth getting a PSP GPS unit just to use it.
