wow this is very cool…does this use voice commands?
ie i have a motorbike so wont be able to look at the screen, and use headphones to listen to the voice commands.

You can use MapThis which uses Google maps, so Singapore should be covered. It's free too.

Does it come with any navigation software? If it doesn’t, what are the navigation softwares available for PSP? I’m from Singapore and thus will be using it in Singapore. Kindly advise. Thank you.

They’re not region specific – a PSP GPS bought from Hong Kong (or anywhere) will work on a Aussie PSP.
